Well here's some stuff I've been working on, anyways it takes me a long time since I'm real busy and work slow. None of these are absolutely complete, but pretty close. All of them are oil except for the green acrylic background on one, which is actually pretty neon. Bad pics but you can get an idea.

So I just had brownies and carrot juice for dinner. Anyways, it was a crazy ass fourth of july weekend at my work.
Plus we went out friday and saturday night and to my aunt daphne's on sunday.

Latelyi've beeen so fucking proud of Jamie.
We're doing really good, have a nice house, a cat! named Babs, she talks a lot.
And everything's been going well for us.
I'm going back to school, which I felt like a total loser before even being out only one semester
[I could have been done with my general ed already!]
Just everything's gone really well and I'm totally happy.
It's nice to feel good about things.

OK.
I'm ridiculously happy because we're going to Vegas!
Yay Las vegas!
I'm really excited. We wenyt shopping and stuff and then we're going to go get Thai food for dinner tonight,
finish our plans and everything we're already set for our hotel and all.
And I get to dress up when we go!
I like to go places. new places too but I especially like pulling everything together so I don't even look like the same person when I go out.
It's entertaining.
Yesterday Star turned 4 years old!
Happy birthday Star!
We're going to have the kids come down for a day to give my parents a break soon and
Jamie and I are going to take them on the ferry boat for ice cream to the beach and park in coronado,
then home to paint. We're going to get them their own canvases and stuff.
Josh is turning three next month, too! |

We went to the art store yesterday, and on the way there we passed like a fancy type of restaurant. We sat outside which was nice with a heater and everything. the Indigo grill. their food was EXcellent, all fancy and decorative. We had mussels and clams, and i had somethign snobbishly titled "good growing things": nut crusted tofu, honey roasted whole garlic cloves, plantains, and half an acorn squash with bread pudding. Fucking Delicious it was, and pretty too. The garlic cloves were arranged in a manner that made them look like something from under the sea, some sort of edible living coral. Good good good.
Anyways, work's been slow at my day job for me, i guess we're just full of kiddie cruises [think senior high school kids gawking at each other across the dance floor and sipping their luscious virgin shirley temples] well all that's prepaid and hosted bar, so i don't have much cash to count the next day. Plus it's been pleasantly overcast and warm here in sunny SD, so not too many tourists.
ONE MORE WEEK UNTILL SUMMER
and they hit us hard.
So i'll be working 10/12 hour shifts and looking quite harried and rough.
Ah work.
yuck. going back to school for summer session next week too,
taking world history part one. After my two history classes are over i'll have finished my general ed, plus speech is needed as well.
Okay.
I think i'm gonna go dress up now since i'm going to the grocery store with my neighbor!

And I stuck my nose septum piercing retainer somewhere, which sucks because I'm wearing a shitty ring I'm not entirely used to and it sort of clamps up around it, tight and it makes it a little hard to push through...
um...
that's dull.

Fuck I had creepy ass dreams last night.
About cutting myself open with a razor,
like a heavy duty exacto box cutter razor.
It was real fucking deep, the kind that holds a second as a thin hairline crack running along andup my arm and a few across my ribs then suddenly spill and swell all over the plac. Anyways, thats not the creepy fucke dup part. The creepy fucked up part was that I was raping someone by making them eat, yes eat not drink, the blood off ofme. Because it was all thick and gooey not like the koolaid and ketchup they use in vampire movies. Anyways I was holding the person down, i dont know who it was just a dreamperson and forcing my arm orrib carriage into their mouth with their teeth and jaw spread wide and making them eat it, like chew and lap and swallow and everything.yep.
Well i guessit wasnt really fucked up but sort of. because it was a wet one. |

okay. Here's yet another dull post from the bowels of downtown...
highlight of the week so far has been trevor moving in next door! yay!
Now I have a cool person to go kick it with when I'm bored or vice versa.
Anyways, it's really nice to have a friend dwown here and real close like that.
I walked to the bank to-night to drop off money and my check to pay the rent. At like 9 at night. there was a crowd of ugly peopel as usual at the new house of blues, and bums at the pizza place. then i went to 7-11 yes the one at the 5th avenue trolley stop, arguably THE worst trolley stop i've been to. the dregs of society, yes. Punk kids, ladies with stage three syphilis having gone untreated and invading their entire bodies and nearly rendering them blind, and construction workers buying really, really gross pork products. Well anyways, theyhave diet crystal light mango slurpies! and EVEN BETTER they have DARTH VADER DEW SLURPIES! YES! that is GRAPE MOUNTAIN DEW with DARTH VADERS face on the machine! I love it!
Anyways I forget the point of that. I think this was supposed to be a post about how my dad bought me a shitload of movies at the pawn shop...
